E-Mail Service

Last updated: 19.03.2026 These terms apply specifically to the Email Service and are in addition to the general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Email Service terms take precedence for the use of the email platform.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Email Service is provided as an internal communication tool for authorized team members. Account access is restricted and provided only to individuals approved by the service operator. Public registration is not available. Users may only use the service for legitimate communication related to the team, its projects, or operational needs.

2. Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for all activity performed through their email account. Users must: * Keep their account credentials confidential * Use strong passwords where possible * Immediately report suspected unauthorized access Sharing accounts or providing access to unauthorized individuals is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

The Email Service must not be used for activities including but not limited to: * Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages * Operating mailing campaigns without approval * Phishing or impersonation attempts * Distribution of malware or malicious files * Harassment, abuse, or illegal communication * Circumventing mail security mechanisms Any activity that may damage the reputation or deliverability of the email infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

4. Resource Usage

Users must avoid behavior that unnecessarily strains the email infrastructure. Examples include: * Sending large volumes of messages in short timeframes * Sending excessively large attachments without necessity * Automated scripts sending mail without authorization Bulk sending or automated messaging must be approved by the service operator.

5. Monitoring and Administration

To maintain security and reliability, system administrators may perform administrative actions including: * Monitoring system activity and logs * Investigating suspicious activity * Temporarily restricting accounts * Removing or disabling accounts when necessary Administrative actions are performed solely to maintain the security, stability, and integrity of the service.

6. Data Retention

Emails and related metadata may be stored for operational, security, or backup purposes. Users should not assume that email messages are permanently stored or guaranteed to remain available.

7. Security and Compliance

Users must follow reasonable security practices when using the service. Sensitive information should only be transmitted when appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Account Termination

Access to the Email Service may be suspended or revoked at any time, particularly if: * A user leaves the team * The account is no longer required * The user violates these terms

9. Service Availability

The Email Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, outages, or service interruptions may occur at any time.

10. Changes to the Service

The operator may modify, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Email Service at any time if required for operational or security reasons.

CrystalChat

Last updated: 18.05.2026 These terms apply specifically to the CrystalSky Chat (also referred to as CrystalChat) public chat service and are in addition to the general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these CrystalChat-specific terms take precedence.
1.Description of the Service
CrystalChat is a public chat room service that allows users to communicate in shared real-time channels. The service is designed for casual, non-sensitive communication and does not provide strong security guarantees.
2.Security Notice and Risk Acknowledgement
By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that: Communication is not end-to-end encrypted Messages may be stored and processed in plain text Account security is not hardened to enterprise standards There is a non-zero risk of data exposure, including account-related information such as emails, passwords, or identifiers The operator does not guarantee absolute protection against data breaches, leaks, or unauthorized access. Users must not treat the service as secure storage or use it for sensitive or confidential information.
3.Public Chat Environment
CrystalChat is a shared public space. Users should assume: Messages are visible to all participants in the chat room No expectation of privacy exists within the chat environment Content is publicly accessible within the system scope
4.Account Integrity and Registration
User accounts are not strongly identity-verified. Therefore: Users are responsible for choosing unique and appropriate usernames Impersonation may be possible due to system design The service is not responsible for confusion caused by similar or identical usernames
5.Prohibited Behavior
Users must not use the service for: Spam, flooding, or repetitive messages Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse Illegal content or threats Automated message sending or bot abuse Attempting to disrupt or overload the service
6.No Temporary or Disposable Accounts
Temporary, disposable, or throwaway email services may not be used to create accounts. Accounts used for abuse, spam, or evasion may be removed without notice.
7.Data Handling and Security Disclaimer
While reasonable measures may be taken to protect the system, the operator does not guarantee: Absolute security of stored credentials or account data Protection against unauthorized access or breaches Permanent availability of stored messages or user data Users accept the inherent risk of using an experimental or self-hosted communication system.
8.Moderation and Enforcement
The operator may take action at their discretion to maintain service stability and safety, including: Removing messages or users Temporary or permanent bans Blocking access by account or IP Applying rate limits or filters

Sharkey

Last updated: 20.03.2026 These terms apply specifically to the Sharkey service and are in addition to the general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Sharkey-specific terms take precedence for the use of the Sharkey platform.

1. Description of the Service

The Sharkey Service is a social networking platform that allows users to create accounts, share content, interact with other users, and communicate across the federated network. Users are responsible for the content they post and for their interactions with other users.

2. Account Security

Users must respect the security and integrity of other accounts on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited: * Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account * Password guessing or brute-force login attempts * Credential stuffing using leaked password databases * Exploiting authentication vulnerabilities * Attempting to bypass login protections Any attempt to compromise account security may result in immediate suspension or permanent bans.

3. Abuse of the Platform

Users must not misuse the platform in ways that harm the service or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: * Harassment or targeted abuse * Spam or unsolicited mass posting * Automated posting without authorization * Creating large numbers of accounts to manipulate interactions * Circumventing moderation or instance restrictions

4. Automated Activity

Automated access or automation tools (bots, scripts, crawlers, etc.) may only be used if they comply with the platform’s rules and do not negatively impact system performance or other users. Unauthorized automation designed to generate excessive traffic or disrupt the platform is prohibited.

5. Infrastructure Protection

Users must not attempt to interfere with the stability or operation of the service. Examples include: * Excessive requests designed to overload the system * Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities * Attempting denial-of-service attacks * Circumventing rate limits or technical safeguards If vulnerabilities are discovered, users are encouraged to report them responsibly to the service operator.

6. Federation and External Content

Because Sharkey operates within a federated network, users may interact with accounts hosted on other servers. The service operator is not responsible for the moderation policies, availability, or behavior of external instances.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe and stable environment, administrators and moderators may take actions including: * Removing content * Temporarily restricting accounts * Suspending or permanently banning users * Blocking IP addresses if necessary These actions may be taken without prior notice in cases of abuse or security threats.

8. Service Availability

The Sharkey service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Interruptions, maintenance, or outages may occur at any time.

9. Changes to the Platform

Features and policies of the Sharkey service may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time to maintain the platform and its security.

CrystalRadio (AzuraCast)

Last updated: 22.03.2026 These terms apply specifically to the CrystalRadio service, powered by AzureCast, and are in addition to the general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these CrystalRadio-specific terms take precedence for the use of the service.

1. Description of the Service

CrystalRadio is an online streaming platform providing music and audio content to listeners. The service allows users to: * Listen to the broadcast * Submit song requests Administrative access and full control of the platform are reserved exclusively for the service operator (Admin).

2. User Access

Listener accounts are not required to access the service. Users may interact with the service only through the provided interfaces (e.g., web player, request forms). Users are prohibited from attempting to gain administrative access or any privileges beyond those granted for song requests and listening.

3. Song Request Policy

Song requests must comply with the following: * Requests should be reasonable and respectful of the station’s content and rules * Mass or automated requests are strictly prohibited * Users must not attempt to manipulate the broadcast queue unfairly The Admin reserves the right to reject or remove requests at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: * Attempt to access or modify server files, configurations, or the broadcast queue * Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interfere with the service * Engage in harassment or offensive behavior toward the service or other users * Attempt to overload or disrupt the service Any violation may result in blocking access or other restrictions.

5. Content and Copyright

All music and media played on CrystalRadio are subject to copyright held by their respective owners. Users must not upload, distribute, or claim ownership of content. The Admin ensures that broadcasted content complies with applicable copyright and licensing rules.

6. Service Availability

CrystalRadio is provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, outages, or other interruptions may occur at any time. The Admin may modify, suspend, or remove parts of the service without prior notice.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain the service, the Admin may: * Remove song requests that violate these Terms * Restrict access for users violating the rules * Implement technical measures to protect the broadcast and server These actions are taken to maintain a safe, fair, and stable service.

8. Changes to the Service

Features, rules, and policies may be updated or changed at any time at the discretion of the Admin.

LiteTube

LiteTube Additional Terms of Service

Last updated: 19.03.2026 These terms apply specifically to the LiteTube service and are in addition to the general Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these LiteTube-specific terms take precedence for the LiteTube platform.

1. Description of the Service

LiteTube is an alternative web client that allows users to browse and access publicly available video content through the YouTube API and related services. LiteTube does not host, store, or own the video content available through the platform. All video content remains the property of its respective owners.

2. API Usage and Fair Use Policy

LiteTube relies on external APIs and services with limited request quotas. To ensure the availability of the service for all users, you agree not to: * Perform excessive automated searches or repeated queries * Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to send large amounts of requests * Attempt to bypass rate limits or technical restrictions * Intentionally generate traffic designed to overload the API or service The operator may implement rate limiting, request blocking, or temporary bans to protect API quotas.

3. Search Abuse Prevention

Users must not intentionally perform search spam or repetitive search queries designed to artificially increase API requests. Examples include but are not limited to: * Rapidly repeating identical or similar searches * Automated search scripts * Mass searching without reasonable user interaction Accounts or IP addresses engaging in such behavior may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

4. Automated Access

Automated access to LiteTube is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the service operator. This includes but is not limited to: * Bots * Scrapers * Crawlers * Scripts interacting with the website interface Exceptions may be granted for research or development purposes with prior permission.

5. Service Protection Measures

To maintain stability and fair access, LiteTube may implement protective mechanisms including: * Rate limiting * Temporary request blocking * IP-based restrictions * CAPTCHA challenges Circumventing these protections is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Content

LiteTube displays content provided by third-party services such as YouTube. LiteTube is not responsible for: * The availability of videos * Content accuracy * Copyright status of external content * Changes made by third-party providers

7. Service Availability

Because LiteTube depends on external APIs and services, some features may stop working or become limited at any time. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Abuse and Enforcement

If abuse of the service is detected, the operator may take actions including: * Blocking access to certain features * Temporarily restricting requests * Suspending or banning accounts * Blocking IP addresses These measures are taken to maintain service availability for all users.

9. Changes to the LiteTube Service

Features of LiteTube may change, be removed, or be restricted at any time without prior notice.

10. Relationship with YouTube

LiteTube is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to YouTube or Google. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

DiscSec

DiscSec (Discord Captcha Verification Bot) Additional Terms of Service

Last updated: 19.03.2026 These terms apply specifically to the DiscSec bot and its associated verification services and are in addition to the general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these DiscSec-specific terms take precedence.

1. Description of the Service

DiscSec is a Discord verification bot designed to protect servers from spam and unauthorized access. The service includes: * Role-based access restriction for unverified users * DM-based verification links with time-limited tokens * Web-based CAPTCHA verification using mCaptcha * Logging and moderation tools for server administrators

2. Verification System Usage

Users must use the verification system as intended. The following is strictly prohibited: * Generating excessive or unnecessary verification requests * Repeatedly triggering CAPTCHA challenges without intent to verify * Attempting to automate CAPTCHA solving * Sharing or reusing verification links or tokens Verification tokens are single-use and time-limited. Any attempt to bypass or exploit this system is prohibited.

3. Abuse and Circumvention

Users must not attempt to bypass or interfere with the verification system. Prohibited actions include: * Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete verification * Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the CAPTCHA or token system * Trying to gain verified status without completing the intended process * Circumventing server restrictions enforced by DiscSec

4. Token and Link Security

Verification links are private and tied to individual users. Users must not: * Share verification links with others * Attempt to use tokens that are not assigned to them * Intercept or manipulate verification URLs Any misuse may result in denial of access or further restrictions.

5. Service Protection

To maintain stability and security, CrystalSky or DiscSec may implement protective measures such as: * Rate limiting verification attempts * Temporary blocking of suspicious activity * Logging and monitoring of verification events Attempts to bypass these protections are strictly prohibited.

6. Logging and Data Handling

DiscSec may log verification-related events, including: * Verification attempts * Token usage * Basic interaction data required for security and debugging Logs are used solely for maintaining the integrity and security of the service.

7. Administrative Control

Server administrators using DiscSec are responsible for configuring roles and moderation settings appropriately. The bot operator may restrict or disable functionality if abuse or misuse is detected.

8. Availability

DiscSec is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time.

9. Enforcement

Violations of these terms may result in: * Denial of verification * Temporary or permanent blocking from the verification system * Additional restrictions as deemed necessary to protect the service
